Includes letting and rent collection service in addition to the following:
- Paying bills relating to the property which is payable by you
- Regular inspections of the property
- Arranging for all necessary maintenance and repairs to the property
- Liaising between the landlord and the tenant in respect of any problems which may arise
- Supervision of the tenancy to ensure the tenant complies with the terms of the tenancy agreement and in the case of non-compliance, taking appropriate steps to rectify the situation
- Full inventory check upon vacation by the tenant to check that the condition of the property and contents (wherever applicable) are in good order. If any repairs are required, we will arrange for those to be carried out and costs will be charged against the tenant's deposit. Rent guarantee, legal expenses, and insurance will be provided free
